Your item will be sent 24H / 48H after your order confirmation.

Delivery worldwide estimated between 7 and 17 days.

We are sure of the quality of the product and its good delivery, however our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Your order confirmation email may have arrived in your junk mail. We therefore invite you to check your junk mail.

If after verification, you cannot find the confirmation email containing your order number, please contact us at the following address: support@glovra.com

  2. Email you used during checkout

To find out where your package is / Track your package, we invite you to go to the “Tracking Order” page and enter the following information:

  1. Your order number

You can cancel your order up to 24 hours after purchase from your Showy smile store. If you are within these deadlines, do not hesitate to contact customer service at the following address: support@glovra.com

We will ask you to provide the following information:

  1. Subject of the email: Order cancellation
  2. Order number to be canceled

Our teams will take care of canceling your order and then issue a refund.
In the event that you are out of time and your package has already been shipped, we cannot do anything until you receive your order, after which we can proceed with a refund if necessary, after return of the item to our warehouses.

We respond within 24 business hours.

When you place an order comprising different products, it is possible that several of our suppliers will intervene. In addition, and to avoid high delivery costs due to excessive delivery weight, the different items of the same order are sent separately. It is therefore quite normal that you receive your articles individually and at different times.

A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent a few days after purchase. However, this e-mail may have arrived in your junk mail.

Your tracking number does not work directly upon receipt of the dispatch confirmation email. It will be active within 7 working days > Don’t worry, your order has been shipped and will be delivered to your home.
